Anyone try the DELTA 3 Ultra Plus yet to see if it can buffer properly?

I asked their support by e-mail: I would plug it into my house transfer switch for output and into my Rivian’s 1500W AC plug for input. Will it act different than your previous units and limit itself to draw whatever I set it to (such as 1200 or 1300W) from the input if my house pulls more?

The answer I got was non commited: When connecting the DELTA 3 Ultra Plus input to a Rivian 1500W AC outlet, for load-sensitive devices, even though the DELTA 3 Ultra Plus has an X-Fusion mode, if the load exceeds 1500W, the AC outlet may still trigger an overload protection and disconnect the output.

I haven't yet found a way in any Ecoflow product to bypass this when supplying 240v and ingressing 120v.

I wish there was an option to hard limit the 120v intake, that would solve/simply problems in a snap 😉

No, but I couldn't find any documentation that correctly clarifies this behavior. When unclear, I know that all other products override the set limit.
