Yeah, a bit of a mess, and they didn't even do that for everyone. My Canadian order still shows in USD. I'd love to pay in USD and not pay the extra few percent they snuck in there when making CAD pricing, but I'd bet that won't happen in 202? when I finally get my delivery.

Oh weird - I thought they just auto-fixed them all. Maybe mine was done because I had been talking with support about it beforehand. Mine had the incorrect delivery window (back when "deliveries starting in July" was a thing....) as well with the USD. After they re-created the pre-order, that was fixed to "Deliveries starting in November 2021" and CDN pricing.

I just contacted CS and they confirmed that the 2nd pre-order is, indeed, a shadow order. They passed on the info about the Android app showing the shadow orders (but the website does not).

I just experienced this same thing.

I deleted the app (iPhone) and re-installed. It then worked as described earlier in this thread.

Try that and I think it will work.

I fired up 1.3.0 and noticed a pretty major bug (for Canadians). It shows 3 pre-orders for me (not the expected 2). It appears it still has my original "shadow" order.

It's showing a "shadow" order for my cancelled-and-requested-reinstatement second pre-order. The link doesn't work, but I can tell it's my other one as the R1T is black.

I can see all sorts of chargers on the new map UX. Hopefully they will expand that UX to allow you to do trip planning and send the trip to your vehicle.

That would be a nice feature.

Yes, now for many (most) needs the app acts only as a link to the Rivian website. In my experience companies usually want to drive traffic from their site to their app...
