Seems weird. I just pulled in my garage and they worked fine. They also seem to work fine other places.
Hmm, thanks for checking. I did have it happen to me again in a different parking lot where the sensors did not come on when I parked. When I got back in the car to leave and put in reverse the sensors lit up.

Has anyone else had the rear cabin lights randomly turn on while driving? I turned automatic cabin lights off. About 45 minutes into driving today the lights in the back came on... I had to cycle cabin lights to turn them off.

Nope. I had one that refused to turn on for about an hour, but not turn on on its own.

Yes that happened to me same behavior.

Well that's not good. May have to wait for the Cybertruck then.
By the time you get the truck this would almost certainly be resolved.

Question: How annoying is phone as a key if your home office is about 10 feet away from where you park the car. Will phone as a key basically keep my car unlocked with the door handles presented anytime my phone is in the office with me? (read alllll the time)

I am really excited about not carrying around keys, but it seems like I might not have a choice. I hope there is a software option to reduce phone as a key sensitivity at home for this reason.

In my experience, the phone doesn't seem to unlock unless I'm less than 10' from the truck. Our bedroom overlooks our driveway, and when I walk up to the window, the truck stays locked for me.

Awesome. There is hope for me then. Thanks. Worst case I can disable Bluetooth for the app at home. Thanks!

Has anyone tested the max power output of the USB-C ports? I suspect it's 30w, but if someone could confirm that'd be great.

I've had to turn off auto lock/unlock because mine was constantly doing both with my phone inside. I'm 30+ft away when standing at my window and I can watch the truck unlock itself. So for now I've sadly turned that feature off. Others have stated its not so bad so YMMV

I didn't either. I do know that there are some bugs they are working on. For me, the front trunk does not always open fully and they tell me it's a known software issue where they have the current limit too tight. They haven't told me yet if this .03 is a fix for that yet.
Service did tell me that this patch is supposed to fix an alert I have had for the hood latch. I haven't seen the alert since I updated. Mobile service is scheduled to come out Friday to run a diagnostic and should resolve that open ticket.

Service called me and confirmed that .3 has a fix for my trunk opening failure.

I have the same annoyance. Wish you could set it to deactivate while home similar to the gear guard setting.

I don't recall if it was asked, but thought I'd share info about battery drain when not in use. My R1T sat for several days unplugged while I was away travelling. The battery lost an average of ~4.2% per 24 hours. 110 volt receptacles and gear guard were off.
This seems… not good.
