I would think this month unless they have a different sequence for the R1S. They need to build around 10k in the next 6 months so that is a clip around 1.7k a month.

I have been assigned a VIN 64xx. I am concerned that someone mentioned on a post that kinks were worked out in the 7xxx range. Should I be concerned about 64xx being assigned and is it fair to ask the guide the production date for my vehicle and the reason for the older VIN? Appreciate the guidance.

I have a 67XX vin with no issues. Anything you heard about working out the kinks is nothing more than hearsay IMO. Don't stress over the lower vin.

It could be they intended to, but ended up having to do it out of order due to supply constraints, and just didn't re-order them.

My Hummer EV was the 25th delivered according to the GMC rep, but it was VIN 184.

Maybe we can figure out if VINs are sequential. So for people who recently took delivery. If you look at the VIN sticker on driver side. I'm 7030 with a manufacture date of 5/22.

I am interested to see how other VINs line up for manufacture date.

I don’t think VINs are sequential. I just started 8 steps yesterday and was assigned 1276.
