Apologies if this has been asked before. @EV Sportline - Is the UPS shipping to Canada on your site including duty/brokerage? What about the FXG (assuming that's FedEx Ground)?

I went to order the running boards and shipping was nearly half as much as the cost of the boards ($349). Is that correct? I’ve had tons of heavy truck/off-road/adventure gear and never paid that much for freight, let alone 40% of the cost of a product. Would buy in a second if not for that.

Sorry, I checked again and shipping insurance was $14.00. No shipping charge was added to my early order. So, I don't know what to say?

Can you grab the bolt head with vice grip or knipex pliers? Sometimes you can use a chisel to rotate bolt or grind a slot for regular screw driver with hammer for impact.

I could try knipex pliers, I have those, but I doubt I'll be able to generate enough torque to move the bolt.

Bolt is the issue, bit is fine. Just finished up all the brackets on the driver side with no issues. Will work with ev sports line and possibly put in a service ticket to see if Rivian can replace the bolt.

I had a similar issue with the TP55 bit. As previously posted, my cut on the panel was just off, tried to judge, a bit of tension caused some issues with putting the bolt back in. Don't think its completly stripped and would be able to undue, but don't want to do it without a replacement bolt. Let me know if you area able to get a replacement one ordered.

I just got off the phone with Rivian Service and they said they'd be able to pull out the stripped bolt and put a new one in. Going to be about a 2 week wait though, but at least it looks like they could get it done. Probably won't get a cost estimate until I get there.

check shipping from 30318 to your zip code, for a box 98lbs, 97x14x11 in. The shipping view FedEx is not inexpensive, but if there is an error in our shipping calculator we can fix it!

BTW, one reason the sliders took longer is we had to adjust the size of the product to make sure it was shippable without going truck freight. We are working on ways to reduce the shipping costs.

Those rates are crazy, but I also believe them. I've been doing a lot of shipping to the UK recently for a side business via Fedex and the rates are painful. Love the running boards, will hopefully order a set in the near future. Wish I'd had a truck earlier to nab that preorder price!
