Make sure you follow up with your guide to send a message to them not to install it. I selected "do not install front plate" during the purchase/delivery process (I cant remember where that step was), and they still installed it with rivets

Selected a LE / LS / OC w 22 on 5/20 from the shop. Have completed all steps except the final down payment which my guide has advised I can wait until I have a delivery date locked in. Anyone with experience with delivery at Brooklyn? How long was your process? Would think they would be pushing for a pre 6/30 delivery, qrt end and all.

If it has been that long then you need to work with your guide and push them to find out the current status of your VIN. It isn't on their screen (they likely can see "factory gated" as location, but that is about all, they need to work with their lead and might need to reach out to the factory. In my case, my original VIN (10xxx range)(same config as yours) sat for 3 weeks at the factory in "factory gated" status. they dug a little further and it turned out the VIN was on a containment hold, meaning something didn't pass QC and it needed to be reworked. I wanted to make the end of the qtr (because it means they quick ship to you) so we delinked me from that VIN and I went back in the Shop and picked another VIN (this time a 13xxx build with the 22 dark instead of the 22 bright). That was Wednesday... still not on a truck but my guide doesn't see any notes on a hold, seems to be "awaiting shipment". There were plenty of AE and LE LS/OC in the shop, so don't worry about not finding one.

Selected my R1S from the shop June 4. My guide said on June 5 it was awaiting shipment. A week later my guide told me it was in Brooklyn. Picking it up the 28th. Pick up likely could have been a few days sooner but my travel prevented that.

Questions for those of you with R1S shop access. How often does the Launch Edition with Green come in stock? I was leaning towards the El cap (my original PO) but I now have access and it seems like the Launch Edition is a good deal with 22" brights at no extra charge. Should I snag one up if it's available now or take a chance and try to wait 4-6 months? I ask that as I don't really need the vehicle for a little while. Also, for those who got the launch edition green are you happy with that exterior colour?

Yeah, I doubt your lemon-lime (or spinach omelet or mustard and relish) config is ever going to show up in the shop! When did your ETA go to "processing"? Was it either fairly recent or immediately after you changed something on your configuration?

There have been reports that they don't allow that configuration at all anymore. Did they say anything about your configuration when you did the First Mile Drive in May?
