A bunch of new "coming soon" locations just got added to the map on Rivian.com

Cheyenne, Wyoming
Baton Rouge, Lousiana
Shoshone, California
Moosic, Pennsylvania
Newburgh, New York
Holyoke, Massachusetts
Lebanon, New Hampshire
Columbia, Missouri

Glad they are finally adding some locations in the North East!! Granted I'm still waiting for Delaware and Belcamp, MD to open up!

No transformer, chargers nor dispensers.

switchgear is present, but I believe it has been for quite some time.

The EA station in Kettleman is actually pretty great. 10 stalls. Have used it a dozen or so times when I am forced to take 5 instead of the coast between Berkeley and Santa Barbara.

There is an EV connect station near the Tesla chargers in Kettleman also, in a pinch.

Lost Hills EA has been a zoo in my experience. Perhaps best avoided unless off peak.

Anyone have an update on the Spokane charger?

My wife took these photos of the Spokane Valley RAN a few minutes ago... which look pretty much like the photos she took three weeks ago. It appears that they are still waiting on a few chargers (as noted by the green plywood boxes where chargers would go), but I'm guessing there is more to it than that. Don't know why it's taking so long.

Except for Asheville, NC, they have fully completed one of the routes they mentioned as a priority in their original RAN announcement: the Blue Ridge Parkway and Shenandoah Valley. They're clearly starting to expand outward from there on the east coast. The next batch of coming soon are in TN and GA to the south and into the mid-Atlantic. Looks like they're also starting toward NY and New England.

No expansion "soon" expected for TX or CO and just Baton Rouge in a bordering state.

West Coast continues expanding, especially in California, but in PNW and Arizona as well. Still a ton of infill left to go in the long term plan, but they've made good progress in building a base network running North-South and into Arizona and now Vegas. "Soon" includes more stations in CA and WA, including the start of an eastward leg into eastern WA. IMO, the next focus after those should be I-90 and connecting CA to CO through Utah.

Washington, AZ, CA Col... but Utah is still in the Dark ages, literally. UTAH State makes charging station nearly impossible with crazy high fees. Avoid ev travel in Utah.

Idaho, still part of USA ? haha. 2 years ago I passed through Idaho Falls and stayed at a hotel next to the main Hospital.. there was a human chain around the entrance blocking Covid Vaccinations..

Charged in Kettleman CIty twice a couple of weeks ago...once on the way to Disneyland and then again on the way home. We used station #6 both times. On the way home (2:30 pm on a Sunday), had to wait about 3 mins. for a station to free up. Of the 10 stalls, 5 were being used by Rivian's. Kettleman City is probably the best EA station out there. Can't wait until Tesla opens their stations.....there is about 70 stalls out there.

Are these Buttonwillow?. If that is the case.....they need to get those going. The permits were pulled in July 2021......2+ years ago.
