There is an early 3rd party adapter that has a 300 amp limit. Too soon to know if other adapters will be capped at 300 amps, but if so, 120 kW is less than the 215 kW max rate we get today at a RAN, EA, or other native CCS.Once the Tesla adapter rolls out (and if I live long enough), there are 12 250kw tesla stations at Biltmore Park rendering all other charging stations moot.
Rivian is already looking really smart to build out their own network and if the 300 amp limit is shared by all adapters due to some currently unknown constraint, then they're going to look even smarter.
