Updating

They fixed an issue where ring tone volume couldn’t be adjusted from the steering wheel. I’ve had calls (my phone isn’t supposed to ring while I’m driving) that scared the bejeezus out of me with the sudden loud ring.

I hope the proximity locking is better. I practically run to open a gear tunnel door to prevent the crazy locking while getting ready for a bike ride or coming back from a bike ride.

might seem like a minor update, but this is a MAJOR update for me. I love auto proximity lock but drives me freaking nuts having my truck unlock several times a day as I get semi close to the truck.

I do same...often on construction sites and get in conversations near my truck....and so we don't have to watch and hear it keep locking and unlocking....pop open a gear tunnel door.

Wee….first update that failed to install for me.

Edited to add: Looks like others in the Rivian Reddit sub have been stuck at 90 and fail like mine did. Some even indicating they don’t see the update anymore so it may have been pulled.
