The original website that was posted here was our Beta Website. As many of you have posted there was concern over whether or not it was a legit website and it was secure. That is why we decided to connect it to our Genuine Chemistry Website which has all the details surrounding the product. We know that some of you are frustrated that it went down. As stated the original website has been re-established. Sometime in the near future though the website will change so that you can obtain both the correct OEM product information along with being able to purchase the product.

That link actually leaves me concerned about what we just purchased. The washer fluid advertised on the second link specifies that it is methanol based.

But the pictures of the labels on the product being used at Rivian service centers list ethanol as the primary ingredient.

So we may not be getting the same product but our vehicles came with. Even if it's a different product, I won't be super disappointed as long as it has the same scent. But I wish I thought to confirm exactly what I was buying before I pulled the trigger.

I got my 4 gallons on Friday. It is OEM and you can either use it full strength or dilute it based on how cold your area gets. My fluid tank must have been empty as I used almost the full gallon. Smells just like the Rivian OEM fluid from vehicle pickup.

The box is clearly labeled 4, but it doesn't look like a fourth bottle would have been close to fitting. Perhaps that's why I only got 3.

You may have gotten the wrong product, mine smells very minty, just like the OEM fluid smell.

I don't think I would want fish scented washer fluid.

3 jugs shipped in a box marked for 4, and not sized to fit 4, doesn’t look odd to you? On top of original order page being taken down and then resurfacing? That doesn’t look strange to anyone? What has actually been done to verify seller before you provided payment info?

I started this thread and was one of the first to buy the product. I spoke to the manufacturer about taking down the website and the suspicion it created. They were prompt to respond to me and get things working again quickly. I got my order in about a week and there were 4 one gallon containers in the package I received. It was a legitimate sale and I am happy with my purchase.

I tank does hold almost one gallon so be prepared to go thru this stuff in the winter.

Mine arrived Friday and I’m running it at 2/3 strength since winter is mild here in the PNW.

Since 100% is only good down to -9, I think I am going to experiment "diluting" it with something stronger. Perhaps a 50-50 mix of this stuff and -30 washer fluid. Just need to do some experimentation to see which brand of washer fluid has a scent that compliments the OEM scent.
