Lifetime Service Agreement, if you register their power tools and batteries on the website and they break they will fix or replace them for free.

I've had multiple batteries replaced that I purchased in 2005 with brand new batteries. I recently had a fan replaced. I recently sent in my 1/2 hammer drill from 2005 and they are saying it is unfixable and will replace it with a new one. Still waiting to see what I get back but so far the LSA has been great as batteries have a shelf life. Also any brushed items have a shelf life as well so free fix/replacement for life is terrific!!

^ wow. The number of life hacks I have found on this forum, I think that alone has made owning this truck worth it.

I think it got posted last year when it was coming, looks like they made it happen. I think pretty smart on Dewalt's part. Figure they are getting in quick before the EV contractor trucks show up at job sites. The longer cord, rugged design, recognizable logo/style it pretty attractive I would think for something that has a team on site (building a house, working on a building, etc) with a few trucks for a couple of days so they can charge up their trucks on site while working.

I am surprised that they didn't integrate other stuff into it like mentioned above. You would think they would have some sort of power take off to plug in tool batteries, radio, heater, etc. Maybe they just figure all of that will be in whatever vehicle is being charged.
