I'm not sure who is in charge of updating the Google Map linked at the head of this thread, but the Service Center in St Louis has been active for a while now. My first appointment handled out of the Hazelwood location was 8/29/23.

Couple other updates to the map.

1) San Francisco service center at Fell St is *not open*. Work is under way, but no estimated opening date that I know of. Everything in SF is slow.

2) Groveland CA will actually be an Experience Center, not just RAN. This is from a neighbor who has a Rivian and a place up in Groveland

Cookeville TN is indeed up and running. Used it to and from east TN on our road trip this weekend. It’s in a good spot with a Publix and other food/retail options in walking distance.

Are these installed backwards? They’re facing away from the vehicles and you have to pull the cable around the back side of the charger to make it work.

My route home just updated and now includes Santa Nella, CA as a RAN charging stop.

I'll be trying it out in about 6 hours so I'll update if it's fully functional, but I assume it will be since the truck is telling me to go there.

This is a great addition to the I5 route.

When we picked up our R1S a couple weeks ago, the guy at service center El Segundo told us that there will be a new SC opening in Burbank soon. El Segundo SC seems like a really busy place and really congested area.

I'm hoping one opens up somewhere in the central valley cause El Segundo is 2 hrs from us.

I'll be trying it out in about 6 hours so I'll update if it's fully functional, but I assume it will be since the truck is telling me to go there.

I just looked more carefully at this location in the app. While it does *not* show which chargers are pull-through (which would be useful for those planning trips with trailers), it *does* seem to indicate that they have used a 2:1 dispenser:cabinet ratio. That is, each charging cabinet is shared between only two dispensers, not their usual 3:1. So with all stalls in use, each can get 150 kW, instead of the 100 kW max in the 3:1.

So could you also confirm 3 charging cabinets. This was actually a request from Kyle at Out Of Spec in one of his videos, so would be cool to see them making this the new standard config.

The chargers are, but the vehicles are not. You'll still be limited to about 220kw.

The pull through units are about 50 yards from all of the others. They are easy to miss. When you turn left at the hotel look towards the driver's side where the field is. Don't be distracted by the 48 Tesla chargers and the 4 RAN on the right.

You pull straight on into them from the road on the driver's side.
