Where does it show on your account? I looked at my account and didn’t see where it would be posted
Should be on the left panel right with your exist R1x icon. Click on it and it should show that you have it reserved.

Sign in on your PC. Rivian.com You’ll see your current car and the reservation on the left side.

Log in from the browser. The app only shows active vehicles and gear. The website shows reservations as well.

I reserved one in the first few minutes- before I got the priority email I wonder if I should reserve through the priority email? I looked at my account page and didn’t see my reservation anywhere, but not sure where to look
Were you logged in when you reserved? I logged into my account before I reserved mine and it showed on my account page almost immediately.

Were you logged in when you reserved? I logged into my account before I reserved mine and it showed on my account page almost immediately.
I wasn’t logged online, but my Rivian app was open. I just looked online and my R2 reservation is there

Current R1S (and probably R1T) owners get priority based on the email:

"As an R1S owner, we’re excited to offer you priority delivery2 when you reserve your R2 so you can be among the first to experience our next adventure."
R1T owner, got the same email. (Only it says R1T instead of R1S.)

I just chatted with support, I never got the email despite being an r1 owner since June. I guess somewhere there is a "third party" stipulation that I pointed out doesn't exist in the terms. It says an owner, doesn't say anything how you got it.

Do you see your R1 in your online account? If you click on it does it bring up a page or does it bring up a basically page not found?

Looks like you'll get priority delivery as long as your reservation for R2 and your ownership for R1 are linked to the same Rivian Account/email address.

This Offer is not redeemable in any manner other than as provided herein. Rivian will not honor requests that do not comply with all Offer requirements. R1 ownership for this Offer is determined based on purchaser Rivian Account ID status, which includes owners and lessees. You must have a Rivian Account to qualify.

Maybe “Purchaser Rivian Account ID status” means original purchases or leases directly from Rivian, so used 3rd party owners don’t qualify under these terms?

Just a guess. I really have no idea.
