R1T rear light bar issues after replacement

I just had my rear light bar replaced by a body shop since it was damaged. However, it is acting very erratic.
It only turns on or off as you approach the truck (no longer animates) and stays on for a few minutes while everything else is off. *front animation works*
When I am near with my phone it turns on as the corners flash and stays on while every thing else is off and locked for a few minutes.
If I preheat the cabin it stays on while everything else is locked and off (draws unwanted attention at night in a parking lot)
Locking the R1t the light bar stays on for extend periods of time while everything else is off.
When charging no more green pulsating light on rear light bar but front does pulsate green.
It really is just doing it's own thing, something is definitely not right.
I removed the taillight today to check if the connector was in correctly and if the pins were ok in the connector. Connector only goes one way and all 4 pins were fine. Did two different resets with Rivian on the phone, still no luck.
I have my doubts with the light bar being defective and used looking.
Anyone else experience something like this?

That's my guess, it's as if the light bar is on the brightest setting and nothing in-between. It's even brighter then the corners. It's going back tomorrow.
