Apparently it does, but I'm only noticing it if I let ACC bring the truck to a stop in traffic. But as hard as it brakes, waiting until the last second, I don't usually let it stop on its own. If I see traffic coming to a stop I'll disable ACC and coast in gently...which is another issue. I often regen to a stop gently enough that the brake lights don't even come on and I noticed that if you use the steering wheel buttons to lower the ACC set speed it'll decelerate at a decent rate, but again the brake lights don't come on. I'm well aware that EVs rely on acceleration values to trigger the brake lights, but it seems like Rivian is using numbers at the upper limit of what regulation allows and I'm not a fan.I won’t argue with those facts, but does your brake pedal not physically move like mine does?
