FM tuner not working

I can select Spotify or another app no issues audio plays… I click the FM tuner and it stays as radio off won’t power on. I have parked the vehicle came back same issue. Only thing different is the latest update.

has anyone else had or having this issue ?

I just checked mine, it is working fine, might want to try an infotainment reset.

Mine works. Try restarting. Hold down the far left and far right buttons on the steering wheel for about 15 seconds.

In my Launch Edition R1T the FM module died and needed to be replaced. Hard to say if that is your problem.

My FM radio also isn't working. I got a call from the San Jose SC to replace the original tonneau & have the FM looked into. (The FM radio hs been an open ticket for a while.) They replaced the FM module--no help. [I live in the country & cell service is very spotty & Rivian doesn't have satellite radio so FM is the only alternative.] I was waiting for the SC to open (I drove the three hours there the night before & stayed in a motel to be there when they opened). Apparently they can only work through one item at a time--likely only one person per vehicle? Anyway, the FM module wasn't the problem so, they started taking the dash apart & it looked like it was going to take another day--I told them to put it back together, I wasn't going to leave in a gas car! That's why I have the Rivian. FM not working still open ticket.

Thank you this helped fm tuner restored I get a message that says reconnecting and the radio doesn’t turn back on when I put it in park and leave the vehicle../what can I say software
