Depends on where you live, the Cleveland service center is awesome and they have been booking stuff at about a week out.

Appointment within 36hrs in Columbus for USB C ports not working in center armrest.

On #2 once you set your home location in the r1 ui you can then turn off prox lock at the home location. Have you tried that yet?

I have Gen 1 early build and have not one problem with prox locking or unlocking and have less than 1% fantom battery drain. Love my truck and wishing you good luck bud!

Proximity has been completely turned off and still didn’t resolve the issue.

Update - finally got an update after 2 weeks in the service center.

Battery drain: turns out the car has never gone to “sleep” since delivery. A new “module” has been ordered.

Proximity issue: tbd

No audio: the latest software update overloaded the amplifier. Plan is to roll back the software update and send another update with a patch.

Needless to say - a lot of waiting around.
