I am on 2.12.1 and I don't see any new controls on the widgets, maybe a different sized one. What am I missing, whats new?

You need to update to 2.13.0 for IOS.

This is the new widget.

Just updated to 2.13.0 and added the widget. It’s all black. What am I doing wrong?

I have the Android Rivian mobile app 2.13.0. I can see the new app configuration in the app selection mode. The new app has the drive mode and temperature feature shown in widget list. When I try to download, it will not come up on my screen. I will keep trying it.

These are new widgets that they've added with the new version of the app - I had to remove my old widget and then added widget back - had 4 choices including the new one shown in OP's screenshot with the ride mode and cabin temperature displayed (I am on android, may be different for iOS)

In theory I like this but the large widget takes up a lot of space. Wish there were a way to customize this so you can pick what you want in the widget. It would e KC venient to see the temperature in one of the other widgets.

I am also Android. I tried removing the old widget and loading the new one. I can see it in the selections, but it won't load to my home pages. Any other suggestions?

Try swiping right to make sure it did not get added to a new page....Generally, when you hit "Add' on the widget, if there isn't enough space on that 'home' page, it will create a new page and add it there but doesn't take you there so you feel like nothing happened.

I just noticed that this update fixed the km-instead-of-miles issue with charging history. Mine shows miles now, but still only seems to work for my home charging sessions--all the paid public ChargePoint sessions come up as 0 miles added.

It's 2024, I just talk to my devices. And unfortunately they still don't expose one of my constant-use items to voice; seat cooling. The real fix would be to remember how I left them, or just let me put them in a shortcut. If I turn on AC, I want seat cooling. Seems obvious?

Try swiping right to make sure it did not get added to a new page....Generally, when you hit "Add' on the widget, if there isn't enough space on that 'home' page, it will create a new page and add it there but doesn't take you there so you feel like nothing happened.

Thank you so much for your assistance. I finally got the new widget loaded and it looks really good. It takes about a whole page, but that's OK.

You can have Alexa turn on the seat ventilation. I do it nearly every day.
