No cloud connection and 502 on API calls

Anyone else getting no cloud connection on their Rivian App? I can unlock but can't view gearguard cams. My Home Assistant integration is also getting 502 on the API calls.

Same thing here. Got the notification from rivian romer that my vehicle was ready to update but could not get it to connect through the app. Walked out to the truck to initiate the update

"No cloud connection" just means the vehicle can't connect to the Rivian servers which is different than not being able to connect to the Internet.

Same. App down (no cloud connection) for two vehicles and all known API endpoints (off the top of my head anyway) are giving 502 errors. Started sometime this afternoon for me

502’s are bad gateway errors. Maybe someone fat fingered a dns entry up there. Or had a server crap out. I’d have Rivian reboot their modem first tho. Lol

Having the same problem! On the app says no cloud connection both my phone and rivian are connected to my Home network. Could this be an attack by an alien civilization and they are going to start with the rivian owners first as we have the best vehicles?
