That was a storm chaser, not me. He had some questions about mounting the iPad on the right side, and I was involved in that.

Correct, with a small clarification: Each while takes a while to build & test, and there are quite a few to get out...so it can take up to 2 weeks +/- to ship.

Two things stood out in this that mean I would probably not like this option versus the second-screen option that I have now:

Stays powered up while parked. Is this true? Multiple users reported it.

The screen switching has a 2-3 second delay before you can use it.

Question...can you still use Alexa commands while the screen is on CarPlay? Like, "Alexa set the temperature to 72." That could help with the screen switching annoyance, if it works.

The EVPlay powers on while parked if the car is woken up by proximity or an app command (ie turning on climate control).

Alexa commands do still work while the screen is on EVPlay, the car doesn't really know that the screen has been taken over.
