Has anyone used any of the Rivian Certified Collision centers? I got into an accident on Saturday, and want to take it to one of them. ASG (think that was the name) in North Hollywood is the closest to me, none in Ventura county yet. But if anyone has any recommendations please share.
Cheers,

I have not, persay. But, when Rivian had to replace my liftgate under warranty, they sent my vehicle to Jim and Jacks Collision Center in El Segundo. They did a great job. Also, my dad had gotten into an accident last year and got his Ford Taurus fixed at the same shop and they did a great job with it.

I scheduled a lift gate service, as I noticed it was installed misaligned and started wearing out paint in the left corner. What was your reason for a liftgate replacement?

@BigPack Mine was misaligned, but also had a dent on the black trim piece at delivery. So, they needed to replace the whole liftgate because it’s all one piece. My panel alignment is much better too (although not perfect).

You're talking about AGC Collision in North Hollywood on Vineland Ave. I literally just picked up my truck from them yesterday. I worked with Tony to replace my tailgate because someone reversed into me. I gotta say they do great work there and respond to emails quickly. They work on Rivians a lot. I've been there 3 times and each time I've seen a minimum of 7 R1T/R1S in their lot being worked on so you can tell they're well experienced with our vehicles. Just be prepared to hear the quote to replace your panel cuz if you're paying out of pocket it won't be cheap.

Jim and Jacks is great too, but I'm from Ventura County like you and the drive to Burbank is a whole lot easier and less stressful than driving on the 405 to El Segundo.

@TheHedgehog116 Yeah, she is there, dropped off 9/25, they're still waiting on some parts. I also dealt with Tony, and was comforting seeing all the Rivian's in the lot when I first went. The quote was $14K and some change, and 2/3 was labor which is to be expected with how the price of things are outta control. They submitted a supplemental to my insurance to then send to the other side. Denise is super responsive when it comes to emails.

Once the repair is complete I am going to talk to my adjuster about going after their insurance for "Diminished Value", saw a post on Reddit about it. I haven't even had the truck a year and this is going to affect the value if I went to sell it. Just going to get an opinion from my insurance company on it. I'd never heard of it before.

@MrTopher Getting small updates weekly from AGC, and got a partially uplifting email today, it is in re-assembly but needs to go to Rivian for Calibration and they can't get my truck in until 11/22... So depressing, it'll be 2+ months.
