As expected, the $12M allocated for this year's Illinois EV rebate program didn't last long. Applications had to be postmarked no earlier than 11/1/23. And on 11/13/23 the number of applications surpassed the available funds. People who qualify as "low income" can (and should) still submit their applications up until the end of January.
