Any R1S owners successfully buy a full spare tire from the service center here? Recently maybe?

I was reading a post the other day on here that they will not sell a full size spare to an R1S since it doesnt fit in the spare holder.

Quick update for anyone reading here, called again today. Routed to the 'service center' option, tho it still goes to general support it seems. Second person seemed more instantly willing to go through management to have the local service center reach out directly to arrange the full size spare purchase. Hope it works out!
