Saw the WeHa RAN is up and running. Should we have a party?

I just had my second mobile service appointment since moving to Maui nearly two years ago. Both times I had excellent service. The latest was to replace my 12V batteries preemptively since they were part of a batch with a high failure rate.

I've been very pleased with Rivian mobile service. How have everyone else's experiences been?

Great for me as well! I had my first mobile service last month for lift gate alignment and a brake line fitting was leaking a little fluid over time. While he was making repairs, he noticed one of the half shaft boots wasn’t fitted correctly, and had me make another service request. I have another appointment later this month, he said would be an easy fix, he just didn’t have the part at the time to make the repairs. All covered under warranty. Still can drive till the repair can be made. Loving my vehicle over here on Lanai.
