Has anyone here had mobile service work on a cracked windshield? From other forum posts on the mainland it seems shops like Safelite won't calibrate the cameras, and Rivian won't calibrate cameras on any windshield replacement performed by an unauthorized third party.

I'll contact Rivian next, but I wonder if anyone on Maui knows of a Rivian-approved windshield replacement shop.

I had my R1T windshield replaced by Safelite and calibrated by Rivian on Oahu. Other than having a rain sensor issue that I’m having relooked, no issues.

did you get your windshield changed on Maui?

My windshield crack never expanded enough to warrant replacement. I used a patch kit immediately and that contained the damage.

OK thanks for the update, I'm here on Kauai and having major difficulties getting this taken cared of.

My windshield was cracked after visiting Puna on the big island. Kraftsman Auto body in Kona fixed it an amazing job. Classy organization. They needed it for 2 days. First day was install second day calibration.
