I had a service visit at my home yesterday. It was to replace some trim, so low priority. My lead time to schedule was about two weeks. I came away with a few tidbits from the tech.
There is a two week event currently going on in Tahoe to introduce the Gen2 Quad to influencers and reporters. It is being supported out of the West Sac Service Center. The vehicles are checked over every night.
The West Sac Service Center is top rated. (Matches my experience) Some of our local personnel are being sent out to do training for other locations where things aren't running so smoothly.
The rumored Service Center in Rocklin is about a year away. It will be very close to Tesla and Lucid.
