I just got my truck back today after excellent service by the mobile tech.
I had two open tickets, one for a sagging front suspension and another for the dreaded stuck tonneau cover. They were initially scheduled as separate appointments, with the tonneau scheduled for later to allow parts to arrive.
During the suspension work the tech discovered an additional part that needed to be sent overnight for Friday arrival. On Maui, that often means it will come the next week, which it did. In the meantime, the tonneau parts came early and the tech proceeded to work on that ticket.
I now have the first v2 tonneau cover replacement for v1 to have been installed in all of Hawaii. The tech was also able to complete the suspension damper work and I have the newer model struts (I believe he said they are Firestone).
I was super pleased with the mobile tech - he communicated well and did great work. All of the work was done out of Rivian's certified body shop, Studio Auto Body.
