Anyone having issues with running boards on vehicle and the service center denying to work on tires? I need a tire change and they said they can’t work the vehicle because of my after market running boards

watching from Kona . . . about to install my EV Sportline running boards

Same ones I got. Love em and they’ve done a tire rotation twice with them installed. Now I need a tire change and they said they cannot work the vehicle with after market running boards.

SC in Honolulu would not do tire rotation my first time because the running board was in the way of their jack pucks. I had to do the rotation myself, actually pretty easy. The second time removed my running board, also pretty easy and they did the tire rotation and alignment. Mine are Goat and the puck location were all accessible. The problem is that their jack pucks are too short, so their lifts are not able to fit into the jack puck locations. Really an inconvenience but it is what it is. I think if their jack pucks fit they would not have a problem.
As I said the 5-tire rotation was pretty easy and removing the running boards was not difficult either. Funny thing is the Goat running boards can be used as a jack point, but I think it's a liability issue with Rivian using third party equipment when it comes to lifting a 7,000lbs truck!
