Just a heads up for NM Rivian owners - I dropped off the R1S at the CO Springs service center yesterday and was given a loaner R1S quad large, I think first gen. I tried to charge it at the EA in Trinidad on the way home and it would not charge at the 350KW chargers - i tried both of them multiple times, tried both plugs on each of them, called EA and they rebooted one of them for me, still no luck. I then called Rivian charging support and they had me reboot the truck a couple times, and that did not help either. Meanwhile, another Rivian was able to charge successfully at one of the 350KW chargers that would not work for me. After about an hour of frustration, phone calls, reboots etc I finally moved to the 150KW charger and was able to charge just fine, enough to get me home. I'm not sure why but that's what happened.
