I finally got to charge at a RAN - the one in Village of Oak Creek (just south of Sedona). There are six RAN chargers, near the Tesla Superchargers. Note that the Rivian mapping program repeatedly sent me to the apartment complex next door (no way to get to the chargers from there). The chargers are actually behind a small shopping center called "The Collective Sedona."
There are bathrooms, which have a key-code lock - but no code was necessary when we tried them. The lady in the ice cream shop said that if it required a code, it would be 723. They seemed fairly nice and clean.
Note: none of the chargers were pull-through, but if it isn't too busy one would probably be able to charge with a trailer still connected, without obstructing traffic or blocking chargers.
