The earliest service we could get for this very glitchy, two-day old, 65 mile old Rivian R1S Dual is September 8th. That's terrible. The Regen menu is greyed out and it's at the highest level. And can't be changed. Yes we've rebooted the car in all the ways you can. Yes it's the same in both driver profiles. So, please, no advice about the issues.

Any suggestions on how to get an earlier service appointment?

I’m sorry this is happening so early in the ownership experience. Getting appointments with the service center is the hardest part of ownership right now. Based on the way you’ve phrased this post and tone, I’m guessing nothing we say will ease your frustration.

I don’t believe there is any way to jump ahead in the queue unless the vehicle is having a critical battery failure or some other non-drivable event.
