Rivian had to do this repair twice for me. They had to replace the HVAC case, not just the drain plug, as they did the first time. They also replaced the carpet.
I was vacuuming out the truck today and saw what I thought might be sand and took the floor mat out and it was wet under the floor mat with a hard water ring round where it has dried before. The carpet is still wet. I did get a car wash today with an under carriage wash. I found a loose bolt...
I hope they move to an in house voice assistant. The Rivian UI and software have been great and have only gotten better. Alexa sucks and is a massive hindrance to the Rivian experience.
100% I found that out after I did the last update. The sound on my Gen 1 Meridian was muted and the bass and mids were flat. Once I turned off the SoundCheck everything sounded great again! I am not sure when SoundCheck was added to the Apple Music App in the Rivian but it was not always there.
I noticed the same thing as I was listening to and from work yesterday (40 min commute each way) I didn't need to turn the Atmos songs down as much as when I had the Sound Check in the on position.
This is in the Apple Music app in the Rivian. Move the now-playing window to the side, and you will see a silhouette of a person in the upper right corner when you are on the AM home page, which is the settings for AM. This will allow you to turn off the soundcheck option.
Update: I noticed that Apple Music now has the Soundcheck available for the Rivian app. I am unsure if it was there before this update, but I know this was not the case at one point. I switched off Soundcheck, and the songs jumped back to life! It is still not as loud at the same volume...
