I was able to fab some plate brackets just from 3/16 steel. I used the mars adapters and it’s got a real nice snug fit around the whole cap. The biggest thing I would warn you about is if your goal is to keep your tonneau functional you’ll need to add some extra gasketing between the cap and bed...
Thanks for the pictures! It looks like a single gasket on the edges will be more than enough for me. My hopes are to add a marine grade ply bed slide for the truck bed so I’m hoping for zero water intrusion into the cap. Thanks for the silicon seams tip, I think that will be the only extra thing...
I’ve got a question to everyone who’s already installed their topper. Did the topper come with the proper weather stripping to seal the cab to the body?
I saw a post earlier about someone tripling up the seals and I’m curious if anyone has found a good brand or solution they would recommend to...

Oh damn, I guess I wasn’t really reading I between the lines on you messages. So you have the storage bins and there’s no directions on mounting? And I’m guessing nothing really seems obvious on how they go together?
I was thinking you were wondering how they were mounted to the shell to start...
not sure exactly which mounting holes your referring to.. but I’ll attach a photo with my best guess on how it’s mounted. It looks like the the box has a face frame that is used to marry the storage box to the interior side panel. The boxes face frame is flanged to the interior side so none of...
I’m not sure about a shelf, but if you’re talking about the storage boxes you can purchase and install. Those end up mounting to the interior of the shell directly above the bed rails. So when you open up the side garages you’ll be looking into the storage box, not the interior of your truck...
