I first got into off-roading (nothing too wild) when the local Land Rover dealer started taking customers out on scenic trails to showcase what their vehicles could do. That lit the spark.

Soon after, I wanted to push a little further—and worry a little less about scratching up my Rover—so I picked up a Jeep. To my surprise, I fell in love with it immediately. I’ve got my eye on whatever Jeep does next with the electric Rubicon or Magneto 3.0.

But in the meantime… my R1S has become my go-to adventure rig. I’ve taken it everywhere—desert, rock, sand, snow—you name it. What started as curiosity has turned into total confidence. I was drawn to Rivian’s spirit and mission from the start, and now I get it. The concerns I had around battery life and weight? They’ve faded fast. I'm well on my way to leaving my range anxiety in the dust.
