I was recommended places that do XPEL around Milwaukee, but they are a good 80-100 miles from me. There is one in Sun Prairie that uses a different product - STEK ?

Has anyone gotten a ceramic coating applied ? worth it? Any recommendations for a place to do it in Southern Wisconsin? Madison -ish

Kinda sad. They had all those neat wraps and the droid colors, was hoping for something brighter and more interesting. Although I was pretty boring myself by picking LA Silver for my R1T instead of the Canyon Red. I would have picked Borealis if it would have been available when I ordered...

yes, the R2 is suppose to, wish it was an option for the R1T My 2007 Sportrac had that. Loved it.

I do like that open air feeling, especially spring and fall.

Now, 2 features I can think of that would make me look - 1. A real sunroof that opens. 2. A drop rear window - and I would give up the gear tunnel for that.

I can't use it on any of the roads I normally travel, so I have yet to give it a try. so, no point in subscribing. I would try it if was available.

@Craigins yes, hwy 12 is a divided 4 lane with cross traffic from Middleton to Baraboo, then is 'freeway' to I-90. So, it will only work on certain freeways ?

I have a Gen 2, 2026 and my software is up to date - Not true for me, I have seen the icon, and the only place I have seen it available is on I-90 north or south of Madison, and was not available where I-90 passes Madison. I did try it a couple times on a trip to Eau Claire and it freaked...

Are the Autonomy features available on any roads in Wisconsin other than I-90/94 ? Not wild about trying it for the first time at freeway speed. I am northwest of Madison - I would have expected it to be available on the 4-lane hwy 12, but it is not. Any way to find out where it is...

I really wish they would have had a sunroof that opens as well as a drop rear window in the R1T - like my Sportrac had.
