For me, @RivianDD, the 24/7 human phone service at (855) RIVIAN-5 has been FAR superior to my experience with any other vehicle manufacturer. When we don't understand what's happening, we call (855) RIVIAN-5. Most issues are worked out right away. Our R1's have always remained operable...

We have TeslaTap AC adapters for both our R1s. They have helped us a lot -- especially with hotels, whose chargers are about half J-1772 and about half NACS/J-3400. So the appropriate AC adapter roughly doubles our hotel charging options, and sometimes helps in other locations as well. Best...

The J-3400 "NACS" will eventually dominate the charging-station scene, but things take time. Whatever I'm driving, I expect to benefit from AC and DC adapters for at least the next six years. Best wishes!
