Looks like you need a vehicle that is at least 12 years old and your income is below the median income. So this will not get used that much - otherwise CO would be bankrupted as it is $9000.
you state safety is the most important (I agree) but then come up with restrictions on your choice (can’t buy a ICE, calling Chevy or Fords EV trucks “old think”). So you restrictions don’t align with your supposed first priority of safety.
The EV segment is more mature than you give it credit for. Close to 6-8% of all new car sales and most companies have a good range of vehicles. As noted Polestar was a bit player with minuscule volume. This will have no impact on the segment.
300-500 a week is reasonable, certainly not per day or they would be at 1200-2000 a month already and that is not the case as we are at VIN 2000 after eight weeks.
I understand your point but launch green and Catalina Cove are $2000 and 70%+ of people have ordered those two colors so it is not a cost issue. As with R1 black is just very unpopular and they should get rid of it and add red, yellow or something else.
The finishes are durable but not if you use chemicals (not letting them fully absorb into your skin) and then leave them to bake in hot weather for weeks on end. If you need to put sunscreen on and cannot keep it of some of the surface then at least wipe down at the end of the day - not a lot to...
This occurs with other vehicles too and it is well known that sunscreen (especially if not cleaned off) will chemically interact with interior plastics.
Other options to wearing sunscreen and apparently getting it all over the doors would be long sleeves or not living in such a sunny place. Not...
Would be a good idea but even if Donald did go down there and confirm it as a fake rock I am sure Alan would not accept local evidence and knowledge, as he didn’t before.
