They have some parts but they don't seem to be set up to sell them directly yet, think that still needs to go through customer service I dropped off and picked up my truck there today, so I'm not sure what you mean by this. A bunch of people have reservations this week.

FYI Trenton is OPEN! Dropped off last Friday and picked up today. Awesome, awesome service, the guys are on the ball and great communicators, hitting the ground running. So great to have them nearby!

Have you tried a couple hard resets (left steering wheel + hazard)? I had something similar on an update and a couple of these fixed it.

I think it depends on what you want, I got some extras beyond PPF but it was under $6k. No brainer when you figure the XPEL deal is all cut outs and not much less.

I have had numerous instances where gear guard stops recording altogether and requires a system reboot to start recording again. Unfortunately, that's probably what happened to you too.
