I noticed similar headlines from NYT

Yeah with the update it has dropped to about 3-4 miles/day for me.

I had the opposite issue where it would begin to open and slam back down with "Object Detected" message.

So my truck has been at the SC waiting for repairs and I was able to get the OTA update installed. It seem to have improved vampire drain from what I’ve seen over the course of a little over 24 hours. Also if I remember correctly, I'm pretty sure I left Gear Guard on.

That's odd, I have Progressive and was able to get my Rivian insured with them :O Wonder if its an individual advisor thing.

I'm glad to know that I wasn't insane about how conservative the estimates from ABRP is. I mapped out my vacation from Renton, WA to Long Beach, WA and it was estimating 23% SoC on arrival...I arrived with 51% (21" on Conserve). ?
