I think they told me the same thing the first time I got the error, but after it recurred the next day, they escalated and came and picked up my truck. Ended up replacing the front drive unit. Hopefully yours isn't that bad.

Agree - I wish this was an option. I like that when I put an address in my phone's Google maps app, it nearly always shows me a few options...would be nice if the Google navigation did the same.
