My "worst ever" vehicle experience was my fuel pump dying unexpectedly, at 70mph on the interstate, over an hour from my home. Obviously not a Rivian, but damn that sucked!!!!
This certainly falls under Technician error. Many have had their 12v replaced with no issues, I have a 12v replacement in both my trucks without any hiccups. What was Rivian's response when you informed them of the error?
Yup. I think it was Vin 19,9xxsomething that went from a dual to single 12v battery setup.
My 24xxx vin has a single battery, but my 13xxx vin had dual 12v.
100%!
I had an earlier vin, 2022 delivery truck, had zero issues with it. 3 years and 70k later it was totaled. 5 minutes after insurance declared it a total loss I'd already put a deposit on a new truck and I argue that the 5 weeks to get the replacement truck was WORSE than the 18 months it...
I always check when people have joined, here or on other forums/social pages. When I see a post like this by someone that joined the day they posted it I am also skeptical.
I too find that the speaker connecting automatically to my previously paired phone is very rare. Most times I have to remove the Speaker from my phones Bluetooth Device list and re-pair it to get it to work.
Not the end of the world but super annoying.
If you're able to put a label on it I'll take it and email you a UPS label.
I think it's only a couple $ for me to schedule pick up from your house (or office).
You just have to put the label on it and hand it to the UPS driver.
I've activated ACC in highway traffic when I'm sitting still. So the truck definitely doesn't have to be moving to activate it. I do believe, if remembering correctly, in this case it sets it to 20mph.
This sounds plausible, I've not tried to activate it at a standstill without another vehicle...
I tell this to people all the time. After 300miles of range in a vehicle it's not the range that limits you it's Food/Drink/Restroom break for the driver and passengers.
I took delivery of my R1T at 9:30am and loaded it up and was on the road for a 1,000mi trip by 10:30am. I'd never owned an EV previously and it worked out great.
With that said, I did pre-plan my trip with charging stops via Plug Share.
Hello Homies and Homettes,
Looking at trying to get some of us Florida Crew together and have opened up my Bicycle and Outdoors shop, Pedal Driven Co, for us to hang out at.
Check out all the info here, or feel free to ask questions here! Thanks...
@909phillyman
Yup, that's my truck on their website.
I already made that comment to Weld actually, I got the wheels and it took a bit for me to get them on and by the time the photoshoot went down and they posted the photos the wheels were no longer available.
For what it's worth, they also...
This is probably the one thing I'm not fond of with my R1T. ANY bike rack gets in the way of the tailgate. Imagine my face when I got all this on and then realized the long cable lock is in the in bad storage that can't be opened with the Velocirax on the truck. haha First World Problems for sure.
Just saw your post, and someone just posted yellow logo ones.
