It's entirely down to the tires on the respective rims and nothing to do with the rim size. You can go with the 20s, put more efficient tires on there and likely get the same or better range as the 21s
When it first came out, I had the assistant "tell me a joke." They were all Rivian based jokes. The other day I tried again and she told me "I'm sorry, I'm not able to tell jokes." Weird
My R1S doesn't have a built in compressor. It came with a package in the frunk which includes a can of sealant and a 12v compressor to plug into the outlet in the rear compartment. I imagine the R2 will include the same.
I don't know what the R2 will come with but my R1S came with a kit in the frunk with a 12v compressor and a can of sealant. You might not have to buy an inflator.
I think you're missing my point. The R2 appears to have fabric on the dash, door cards, and seatbacks. The R1 doesn't have this. I'm curious how this will stain and how easy it will be to clean.
I haven't seen them come up on my display either but I get a notification and then the left scroll wheel and buttons on the steering wheel allow me to have Rivian Assistant read the message to me and then she prompts me if I want to reply etc.
My R1S (Gen 2) has a lot of rattles - my Model Y did not.
I basically find that anything related to the app is hit or miss (mostly miss). I simply cannot rely on the app to do anything. Want to cool down the car before you get in -- probably going to be told the car is sleeping and/or there's...
I watched this. Is anyone impressed that mess wipes off leather (vinyl)? I'm more concerned about the parts that appear to be fabric like on the dashboard, door cards, and upper seatback. Rub peanut butter on there and show me how easy it is to remove. THEN, I'd be impressed.
