  1. 2026 R2 pricing, range & specs! $57,990 Performance Launch Edition / $53,990 Premium / $48,490 Standard / $45,000 Standard (Smaller Battery)

10-80% in 29 minutes while not surprising is disappointing. Rough math says that averages around 120kW
  2. Stripped TP55 Bolt - how to extract?

FWIW I had cracked one of my bolts, which caused even the TP55 to skip, while doing this a while back. I was able to use a pair vice grip in combo with a lever arm (the bar from my cat floor jack) to get it out.
  3. Rear Shock Leak - Warranty Denied

Sold it late last year. Currently rocking a ICE Promaster conversion and a Hyundai Kona EV. TBD on future Rivian plans.
  4. Rear Shock Leak - Warranty Denied

I would add that my first air shock failure had nothing to do with off roading and more likely a bug in the new at the time 'camp level' feature. Or when my compressor exhaust froze that had nothing to do with off roading. If Rivian had said hey you have rock sliders and I can see some...
  5. Rear Shock Leak - Warranty Denied

Sad day for Rivian as an 'adventure' brand... I guess only if the adventure is driving it to the shopping mall with the kids. I'd suggest an email to RJ and possibly [email protected] as possible escalation paths, not sure it will work but worth a try.
  6. New wheels but no TPMS

  7. R1T Spare tire compartment storage divider.

Free to a good home. Will get tossed later this month. Portland Oregon area. PM me if you want it.
  8. Saying Goodby for now

I have about 2 years and 40k miles left on the factory warranty. It’s a fun little car.
  9. Saying Goodby for now

So I know some folks were wondering what EV I would buy to replace my Rivian well I finally found one I liked. Cost about 1/3 as much as a used Rivian and gets about 2x more miles/kWh, it's almost Rivian Blue! It's a 2022 Kona EV Limited with around 20k miles and I was able to get the used EV...
  10. 9 days into ownership r1s trimax, not impressed

A 3 month wait for service is annoying. Did you call or just try to make an appointment through the app?
  11. Saying Goodby for now

No doubt.. as I recall I paid $80k for my QM and also got a $7500 tax credit. Luckily I have a bad ass ICE van for long distance trips now so maybe I could do with a standard pack, I also still have a day 1 R2 reservation which could be my next Rivian. Congrats on the new rig btw.
  12. Saying Goodby for now

I didn't really leave, just hiding in the shadows. Waiting for my RIVN stock to go up so I can afford a new Rivian, maybe I am better off just getting a job 🤔
  13. Cdn coming into US - any issues with EV haters at chargers etc thus far?

Worst I had ever seen was a thumbs down by someone driving the other way in Wyoming and a puny sign by a driver in a lifted truck in eastern Oregon. Maybe a coal rolling (ive heard but never happened to me that I noticed) or what not but unlikely you get any grief that isn't easily ignored.
  14. Bruin XL - Anyone install one yet on R1T?

I'd expect 20% range loss at least due to the extra width. Also consider the weight and if you will be able to haul the gear and passengers you want safely, even with the regular bruin I regularly flirted with GVWR and even GAWR of the Rivian. I have to imagine that the XL would add at least...
