I just got my truck back from the Portland Service Center this afternoon. I had reported the suspension problem to Rivian on May 18th. After they expedited my appointment, I took the truck to the SC on May 19th.
On the Work Order it states:
Cause- confirmed customer concern. front left was...
The Portland SC service advisor just sent me this update: "The technician has identified parts needed for service. We have ordered these and we are estimating part arrival for 5/22. I will reach out again tomorrow with another update. Thank you."
It looks like they're taking positive steps to...
My R1T with 39,000 miles has been in the shop since early this morning. It seems so unfair the way you were hassled. I sure didn't see this coming, and I feel very lucky to have it covered under warranty.
Yesterday morning, when the truck was asleep, I first noticed my left front suspension...
My alignment cost more that $287.00, so I have to say you were very luckly. When I took my 22 R1T Quad with 34,000/miles in for alignment last week to the Portland, OR Service Center my cost was $575.00, which included a $150.00 discount for their time to test drive the truck.

My take on the Pirellis's is this:

But, my new 22" Pirelli sport tires with 119 load rating and thicker tire tread grips the PNW streets and mountain curves with all traction...
I live in the Pacific Northwest, and I've found that I get nice results on inside computer screens, and windshield and windows, interior or exterior, by using just a clean damp (with tap water) microfiber cloth, followed by an extra microfiber cloth for drying, and my R1T's glass turns out...
My R1T also came in September 2022. Had it for over three years with about 32k miles and my Ocean Coast interior still looks brand new. No stains, no tears, no wear marks, etc.
Thumbs up for Ocean Coast!
