    That's not true for the cigarette lighter outlet, at least for me. OP, the did you check the fuse of the plug? I recently thought my outlet was wonky but it turned out that the plug was bad. Also, turn on the 120v outlet and see if the unit is working at all.

    We went to the Blauvelt grand opening and the folks there were great. Taking our S there on Thursday for the first time for the 30k inspection. Hopefully things go smoothly! I've had positive experiences at the Shelton and Brooklyn SCs, although the BK location is not ideal.

    If you haven't already, you should sign up for the RivianRoamer dashboard. It looks like you're part of the 3% of Connect+ subscribers who've not received the update. In the last update, RivianRoamer literally stated "Deployment Complete" before I received my update.
