I had the same thing with front passenger door. Service center took care of it when I took it in for that and a few other minor issues. Works great now but my kids keep slamming the door because that is what they were used to.

I got the 8 step email last Thursday not long after the updated OC was announced. I also received my VIN from my guide that day and it’s updated on my rivian account page. 6 of 8 steps complete. Just waiting for delivery date to be set to make the payment.
