Directions are great until I get to the destination. For the last few weeks when I get to destination the voice commands state the address is on the opposite side (right vs, left) of where it actually is, even though the graphics are correct. Not sure how to fix this.

We have had issues with our key cards. They stopped working for a while. Could not lock or unlock with keycard, but could start the truck. Contacted service. They tried resetting them. Did hard resets. No luck. Had a service appt set up two weeks out. All of a sudden, they started working again...

Just an fyi, you can bring it to any sc you want for service if they cannot come to you for the service you request. When you call service just tell them where it is more convenient for you to have it serviced. I have gone to El Segundo, Brooklyn and Orlando.

I had this problem a bit ago. Was told by tech, that the truck has to sleep to reset itself. Need to keep cards and fob at least 50ft away or truck won't sleep. After a 'sleep' it worked.

I had that issue a while back. I had to deactivate the card (on the app). Then reactivate the card. fyi, only the 'owner' of the vehicle can do that. You need the code on the card to reactivate it.
