I'm three plus year into Rivian ownership. I've been to the local Service Center 4 times. Two of the took minutes for recalls. One took a day (front camera replacement and a 12 volt battery replacement) and one took a couple days (hydrolytic system). Overall been highly impressed.

Same situation. I have an appt. in two weeks. Cost now is about $370. I guess it has gone down in cost. Seattle area.

I'm an early adopter but was in Portland OR a couple weeks ago and used my adapter for the first time. Very fast and cheaper than EA or others. If you travel it is worth having.

I had this exact issue about a year ago. Sometimes I'd have to wait up to 60 seconds for it to level up. It was annoying. I tried to pull up the service recap but apparently they age out and are no longer available. IIRC, I had a leaky seal, if I was stopped for a short time, it might not happen...

Congrats! I'm almost two years in and have never had a better vehicle. To be honest I was nervous the first year. I was on the wait list for several years but didn't join a cult, I expected my truck to get me to work every day. So far so good.

I'm about 1.5 years in and use it every week. Have never had a problem. Sounds a bit stretchy but still works fine.

That is one of my favorite features. I've used it lots of time on the deck and camping. I use it all the time and love the battery life. Maybe, it should be optional? I'm out camping and around a fire a good bit and my speaker is amazing.
