I wonder how long Rivian knew about this. In March 2024 ago, my R1S when in for minor things to get fixed, they replaced the 12V without tell me. I had to find out in the invoice. It didn't say why. My is an Aug 23 Delivery.

I think you need to go to another shop. Here is mine and it cost $9k with a new bumper and paint and emblems.

I have some like that. My window doesn't go all the way in the slot. Because of that there is lots of wind noise. I have to help push it up in order to go back in.
