My gen1 quad 12v just died on 2026.15.01 with HV at 80% and being plugged in L2, went out to drive and vehicle is completely dead. Was able to open the frunk with a hitch jump and tested the 12V battery at 4V Mobile service booked out until 7/9

Looks like the upgrade sku is still available for purchase. I actually just ordered one before seeing this thread order#42329323 Happy to be on hold and in line for the redesign. Hoping to upgrade to the 25w pucks as well
